Help with the Gym Class Queeroes team app

Joining the team

The app is invite-only. A captain or team admin sends you an invitation with an 8-character invite code. On the sign-in screen, choose to join the team and enter your email and that code. If your code has expired or doesn't work, ask a captain to resend it.

Signing in

• Use the same sign-in method you joined with: Apple, Google, or email.
• Forgot your password? Choose to sign in with email, then "Forgot password", and open the reset link on the same phone.
• Signing in with a different method than you joined with can create a second, empty account. If you see an empty profile, email us and we'll fix it.

Reporting a problem or suggesting a feature

In the app, open your profile, then Help & feedback, to send a bug report or idea with screenshots and track its status. You can also email us.

Your data and deleting your account

To get a copy of your information or have your account deleted, email us from the address on your account. See the privacy policy for what's kept and what's removed.

Notifications and location

You can turn notifications or location sharing on or off at any time in your iPhone's Settings app, under the Gym Class Queeroes app.
