Terms of Use
Last updated October 25, 2026
These terms apply to the Gym Class Queeroes iPhone apps (the "app"), run by the Gym Class Queeroes kickball team ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to them.
Who can use the app
The app is for team members, captains, substitutes and invited guests who are 18 or older. You need an invitation to join. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and don't share invite codes with people the team hasn't invited.
Be a good teammate
The app is a shared team space. When you post, message or upload:
- Treat everyone with respect. No harassment, hate, threats or bullying.
- Don't share anything that is illegal, sexually explicit, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Don't share someone else's private information, including outing anyone or revealing details they haven't chosen to share.
- Only post photos of people who are comfortable being shared with the team, and remove them if asked.
- Don't try to access information or features you're not meant to have, or disrupt the app.
Captains and admins can hide or remove content and suspend or remove accounts that break these rules. To report content or a member, use Help & feedback in the app or email bwil0007@gmail.com.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give the team permission to store and show it to team members inside the app, and to use it for team purposes such as photo albums, stats and announcements.
Features that use AI
Some features, such as generated artwork, nickname stories and the "Ask the Ref" rules assistant, are created by AI and can be wrong. Official tournament rules and decisions by referees and organizers always win.
Payments and outside services
The app doesn't process payments. Links to Venmo, Splitwise, Spotify, maps and hotel booking sites take you to those services, and their own terms apply.
No guarantees
The app is a volunteer-run team tool, provided "as is" without warranties. Schedules, stats and other details can change or contain mistakes. Check important information with team leaders. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the app.
Leaving the team
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account; see the privacy policy. We may remove access when someone leaves the team or breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and announce significant changes in the app.
